ZAKLJUČNI BREVET 200 KM

Opis trase

Iz Črnuč se peljemo preko Šentjakoba in Domžal. Po stari cesti se začnemo postopoma vzpenjati proti prelazu Trojane, nato sledi spust proti Vranskemu in naprej do prve kontrolne točke na Petrolu v Šentrupertu.

Od tu se izognemo glavni cesti in po stranskih cestah nadaljujemo proti Celju. V Celju prečkamo Savinjo po novem mostu in se po kolesarski stezi odpravimo proti Laškemu. Po kolesarski poti nadaljujemo do Rimskih Toplic, kjer se priključimo glavni cesti proti Zidanemu Mostu. Pred Radečami glavno cesto ponovno zapustimo in se po levi strani Save peljemo proti Boštanju, kjer je druga kontrolna točka na Petrolu.

Iz Boštanja nadaljujemo po razgibanem terenu proti Mokronogu, Mirni in Trebnjem, kjer se običajno ustavimo v Slaščičarni in kavarni Julija (Gubčeva cesta 17). Za Trebnjem se cesta začne postopoma vzpenjati. Preko Bogenšperka se nato spustimo v Šmartno pri Litiji in nadaljujemo do Litije, kjer je na bencinskem servisu MOL tretja kontrolna točka.

Pot nadaljujemo ob Savi preko Kresnic, kjer nas čaka še krajši makadamski odsek, nato pa skozi Dol in Šentjakob nazaj v Črnuče.

Kulturne, naravne in ostale znamenitosti

• 35 km – Trojane: kraj na prehodu med osrednjo Slovenijo in Štajersko, najbolj znan po tradicionalnih trojanskih krofih.
• 73 km – Celje: tretje največje slovensko mesto z bogato zgodovino, povezano predvsem s Celjskimi grofi.
• 85 km – Laško: mesto, prvič omenjeno leta 1227, danes najbolj znano po termalnih vrelcih in pivovarski tradiciji.

Route description

From Črnuče, we ride through Šentjakob and Domžale. Following the old road, we gradually climb towards the Trojane Pass, followed by a descent towards Vransko and onwards to the first checkpoint at the Petrol service station in Šentrupert.

From there, we leave the main road and follow quieter back roads towards Celje. In Celje, we cross the Savinja River over the new bridge and continue along the cycle path towards Laško. We follow the cycle route to Rimske Toplice, where we join the main road towards Zidani Most. Before Radeče, we leave the main road again and continue along the left bank of the Sava towards Boštanj, where the second checkpoint is located at the Petrol service station.

From Boštanj, the route continues over rolling terrain towards Mokronog, Mirna and Trebnje, where we usually stop at the Julija pastry shop and café (Gubčeva cesta 17). After Trebnje, the road begins to climb gradually. We then pass Bogenšperk before descending towards Šmartno pri Litiji and continuing to Litija, where the third checkpoint is located at the MOL service station.

From Litija, we continue along the Sava River through Kresnice, where there is still a short gravel section, before riding through Dol and Šentjakob back to Črnuče.
